Curtis Allen Mock was born in Columbus, Ohio to Darrell Lamont Hayes and Awanna Victoria Mock. He was the second of eleven children. Curtis was a member of Columbus Bible Way Church. Curtis was preceded in death by his mother Awanna Victoria Mock. Curtis is survived by his wife Shalonda Mock, daughter Iyauna Parnell (Kevin Parnell), son Da'Karie Mock, daughter Chyanne Mock, grandson Ryatt Parnell, many brothers, sisters, family and friends.
