Mrs. Patricia Jean Walls Cobbin known to friends as “Miss Patty” passed away on Saturday January 9th 2021 at Mt. Carmel East Columbus Ohio. Mrs. Cobbin was born February 27th 1944 in Allegheny county, Pennsylvania. A daughter of Booker and Thomasina Walls. Mrs. Cobbin was a graduate of North High School in Youngstown, Ohio where she lived on the Sharonline all of her life. She worked for General Electric Company for 18 years. Then became a barber at the Iconic Mr. Mays Barber shop and ended her career 20 years of barbering at Legions Barber shop. She enjoyed spending time with her family, Shopping with her grandchildren, watching the browns and enjoying her companionship with her dog Chico. Patricia was a member of the Alpha and Omega First Baptist Church and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. Mrs. Cobbin leaves to cherish her memory, her loving son Mr. Lamont “Troy” Venable SR. (Sherry). Five grandchildren, Alicia Butler, Thomasina Venable, Jaleen Venable, Lamont Troy Venable JR (Mary), Kelvin Monserrat who she raised from the age of 8 years old. Patricia also leaves 8 great grandchildren.
