Norma “Wimpy” Jean Tarrant, 86.5 years old, went home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2020. She was born to the late Ernest and Henrietta (Moss) Hunt on May 20, 1934, in Columbus, Ohio. Norma retired from ARC Industries in 1997. She also worked at Ohio State Stadium, Castle Park Daycare Center, Trans Union Insurance Company, and Top of the Center. Norma was a member of Bethel Temple. Her loving husband, Richard Tarrant, and her siblings who predeceased Norma: James (Clara) Clark, Beatrice (Paul Sr.) Piper, Ruth Clark, and Sammy (Lula) Clark. Norma leaves to cherish her loving memory Beverly Jean (James) Tucker, Anita J. Alston, and Michael R. (Carmen) Alston, brother Dallas Edward (Wanda) Clark, special nephew Donald (Debbie) Clark, sister-in-law Yvonne (Robert) Dalton, and 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Visitation is Saturday, December 19, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The homegoing celebration begins immediately afterward at 11:00 a.m. Norma's commemoration will be held at the Chapel of CALIMAN FUNERAL SERVICES, 3700 Refugee Road, Columbus, OH.
