Obituary for MAJOR LEE HARRIS III
Major Lee Harris III affectionately known by his family
and friends as Tre was the beloved son of Major L. Harris Jr. and Ilean Scott and baby brother to Logan Saunders. Tre was born on a beautiful Sunday morning October 19, 2003.
Tre walked into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 16, 2020 at the age of 17.
Tre’s was a young man with ambition, dreams, and had a goal to attend college in Florida upon graduating from Westerville Central High School in 2022. Tre excelled in his education and everything he set his mind too and was an all-around great kid.
Tre was an avid lover of sports and during his young life he had played football, basketball, and was extremely competitive. He also enjoyed skate boarding, video games, water sports, snowboarding, sledding and hoverboarding.
Tre was employed by Dicks Sporting Good at Easton Town Center, Columbus, Ohio. During his employment with the company Tre was proving that he was a super hard and dedicated employee.
Tre is preceded in death by his grandparents, Andy and Lula Pearl Scott, Major L. and Cleo B. Harris Sr.
Tre will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Major L. Harris Jr. and Ilean Scott; Sister Logan Saunders; Godparents, Dennis Linda Johnson, Dennis and Lorrainey Studer, and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and Friends.
Tre will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He was the kind of young man that anyone would be proud to call son, nephew, cousin, grandson, and friend.
