Obituary for JOSEPHUS ALLEN FOSTER

Josephus Allen Foster was born August 4, 1938, Lorado, W.V. to Classie and Henry Williams.

Josephus enlisted in the United State Navy and was stationed on the USS Boxer (CVS 21). Joe accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at Grace Church of the Nazarene, 1977. He obtained his Bachelor of Social Work from the Ohio State University and Master Divinity from Mount Vernon Nazarene University

Josephus pastored Mifflin Church and Ohio Avenue Church of the Nazarene. He was founder and director of The Fountain of Hope, a ministry for inner city youth.

Josephus is preceded in death by parents Classie and Allen Foster, Henry Williams, brothers Jackson Williams, David Foster, sister Elizabeth Foster, and daughter Antoinette Foster. Left to cherish his mark on the world, wife Clara Foster, children Earline Foster, Daniel Foster, Joann Gohedotti, Pamela Foster, Julia Foster, Verrondo & Sheri Foster, Daymond Foster, Dayna Foster, Donna & Kelvin Jackson, and
a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
