Joe was predeceased by his parents Joe Sr. and Claudia, and his son Joe III. He is survived by his 3 sisters, Joan, Luella and Sylvia, his 4 chilldren, Stephanie, James, Michelle and Michael, his 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
