Harry William Ross, Sr., departed this life on Monday, November 2nd, 2020 at the age of 75 years old. Harry was born the only child of Helen Frances Wallace (Lester) and George T. Ross on May 31st, 1945 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. In 1953, he moved with his mother to Toledo, Ohio where she wed William N. Wallace in 1958 who became Harry's adoptive father. As a younger man, he enjoyed playing baseball through a work league with the City of Columbus and in recent years, it was not uncommon to see Harry riding his bicycle around Columbus. He was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football, especially his favorite team, the Washington Redskins, whenever he could. He also enjoyed fishing with his family, riding his "3-wheeler" motorcycle, listening to good soul music, such as one of his favorite jams "Shotgun" by Jr. Walker and the All-Stars, or simply hanging out with his friends shooting the breeze.
