Obituary for FRANK LEE BRYANT Jr.

Our Brother, Frank Lee Bryant Jr., began life on Monday, December 24, 1990. He was the son of Frank Bryant, Sr. and Yvonne Skinner Bryant, born in Chicago, Illinois, along with all three of his siblings. Frank was a loving, caring, and a very generous young man. He confessed to the Lord at a very early age.

Frank was raised in the South part of Chicago where he went to Douglas Academy and Edward Coles Elementary School. He later relocated to Columbus, Ohio where he completed middle school at Barrett Middle School. He received his G.E.D. from Columbus State Community College. Frank had a natural talent when it came to operating computer systems. Frank had a bond with his baby, family, and friends that no one could ever replace.

Frank departed this life and headed for God’s celestial shores on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother, Yvonne Skinner Bryant; brother, Frank Antoine Bryant; grandparents, Willis Bryant, Settie Bryant, and Erma Skinner; and great grandmother, Lizzy Mae Bryant.

Our beloved brother leaves to mourn and cherish his legacy and memory his father, Frank Bryant, Sr.; one child, Faith Bryant, whom he loved and adored; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Sheree Jones (Sylvester Jones) and Shemeca Cooper (Nathaniel Cooper); one brother and one sister-in-law, Lorenzo Bryant (Quinasta Bryant) and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Frank was known for his still, quiet temperament. He thought deeply and intently. He was a listening ear and did so without judgement or bias. He desired to know the thoughts and processes of others. He was a vault of information and was trustworthy. Frank was an overcomer. He was incapable of being disregarded or ignored.
