Darryl Bowers was born on October 13, 1951 in Columbus Ohio to Clarence Bowers and Helen Mary GraceTatum, Darryl spent his childhood in Columbus Ohio , as a teenager the family move to Los Angeles California where he joined the United States Navy , as a navy reserve for 6 months and then joined the United States Airforce in 1976 as a Radiologic Craftsman then finishing over 28 years. While in the service he was awarded Air force commendation medal, Air Force training ribbon, Air Force overseas short tour ribbon, national Defense service medal, and Air Force longevity service award. He then traveled to South Korea and various parts of the world to serve his country. Darryl married Caroline Walker of Tampa Florida and gave birth to and cherished three wonderful children, Demontre Walker, Jonathan Bowers, and Brittany Bowers. In 2009 he flew to the Philippines, soon to marry Irene Amio in 2013, then moved back to Columbus, Ohio with his wife whom loved and cared for him until his final days. Darryl was preceded in death by his mother Helen Mary Grace Tatum and father Clarence Bowers Senior, Darryl leaves to honor his memory, brother Clarence Robert Bowers Jr., Mitchell Bowers of Columbus Ohio, Alan Eugene Warren of Phoenix Arizona and sister Francine Warren of Columbus Ohio, a host of nieces and nephews, Joshua Eugene Warren, Kenya ShayleneOverstreet, India Dejane Warren. He also leaves to cherish his aunts Betty Bowers of Columbus, Ohio and Gloria Owens of Columbus, Ohio. All thanks to all who attend this celebration of life and all the close relatives and friends
