Carmen passed away peacefully on April 14th, 2021, surrounded by loved ones.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Sylva and Mabel Norman; paternal grandparents, Byron and Amelia Myers; father, Grendel Myers; and Step-father, Bolitho Dorsey.
She is survived by husband, Byron Dandridge; mother, Patrica Dorsey; daughters, RuSeanna and Stormie Harlan, Maya (Tyrell) Coleman and Shawndera Gaston; grandchildren, Hayden, Harmonee, P.J, Tamara and Destiny; sister, Tamara (Frank) Triplett; and her beloved dog Copper. She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Carmen was a graduate of Linden McKinley high school, Ohio Dominican and Franklin Universities. She was a member of the Columbus Christian Center. Carmen was previously employed at AT&T/Lucent, Increase CDC and most recently the City of Columbus.
A home going celebration will be announced at a later date.
