Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Virgie Diggs can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I had worked with Virgie and her brother Freddy for many years at OSU. Both of them were wonderful and beautiful souls. I will always remember Virgie as a straight shooter. She would tell it like it is! She was funny and loving. She told the best stories about her past and she loved with all her heart. We enjoyed sharing each others good finds in fashion, purses, and shoes! I will truly miss her smile and wise cracks! Rest in peace Ms. Virgie and say hello to Freddy for me! Love Always, Char
